Čeladná, Czech Republic
Prosper Golf Resort Čeladná was founded in 2001, and its creators achieved its uniqueness by locating the resort in Čeladná, in the middle of the wooded slopes surrounding this picturesque village in the heart of the Beskydy Mountains.
The dominant feature of one of the largest Central European resorts are two 18-hole courses with a clubhouse and rich facilities for golfers.
From the history of the resort, it is worth mentioning the return of PGA European Tour tournaments to the Czech Republic in 2009 – Moravia Silesia Open, 2010 – Czech Open and 2011 – Czech Open. With this, after a 12-year break, we took over the baton of organization from Golf Resort Karlštejn, and after a long time we could experience the atmosphere of world tournaments, television broadcasts and breaking course records here as well. The Old Course has not been defeated in the tournament since 2009, when Argentine Tano Goya shot a fine 65. At the last year of the Czech Open in 2011, the Indian Gaganjeet Bhullar shot an incredible 64 shots on The European Course. It should be noted that this is a wonderful result for the difficulty of the course here.
