Paris, France
Located just an hour southwest of Paris, the courses at UGOLF Courson are ranked among the top 1000 most beautiful courses in the world by Rolex. Built on over 110 hectares of land and surrounded by forest, Courson’s four 9-hole golf courses combine into two distinct and unique 18 hole courses, varying in difficulty and delighting all golfers.
Architect R. Von Hagge fundamentally changed the nature of the terrain to create his masterpiece, moving massive amounts of earth in the course’s construction. Eight ponds of varying sizes come into play on fourteen of the 36 holes, and undulating landscape, tall grasses and large expanses of rough are also featured. The course has been the host of the French Open Qualifiers for 12 years, earning its place as one of the top courses in Europe.
Reflect on your round of golf with a good meal at the course’s restaurant – Les Greens de Courson. The surrounding area also has a lot to offer; Paris is just a short drive northeast, and the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse nature reserve is just a half hour northwest of the course.
